Experiencing ASR Website Loading Issues?

Throughout 2026 we've been experiencing odd website loading issues with our web host, Shopify. It's a been a very bizarre and annoying issue that we've never experienced in all our time with Shopify. We're not quite sure if the ASR spoof website has anything to do with this yet but its a possibility. 

We've been working with Shopify support & 3rd party help in finding a solution for this problem. As of August, we've narrowed down the issue. We've found the problem relates to Shopify's SSL certificate, to which we've renewed the SSL and it appears to have mostly fixed our website loading issue - BUT - some domestic and international customers are sporadically reporting they are still having site loading issues, mainly with PC desktop website access but is not the case with mobile devices when completely disconnected from local Wifi and is purely on cellular connectivity. 

We've also found that some home internet providers security setting has a hand in this issue as well for some reason, as do certain browser plugins settings for Ad blockers and browser antivirus. We're not sure why this is the case but you may have to go into your Ad block and antivirus settings and place ASR website URL as a safe website to access. Clearing your website cache may also help.

We apologize if you're still experiencing this loading problem and HIGHLY suggest accessing the ASR website through a mobile device's cellular connection with Wi-Fi disabled.
